Sales

• Properties with a selling price up to 1.000.000 €: 6%  of the selling price are charged to the seller or the purchaser
• Properties with a selling price above 1.000.000 €: 5%  of the selling price are charged to the seller or the purchaser

Fees as when representing the buyer:

• 6% of the sale price charged to the buyer

Rental

Seasonal rental fees:

• 20% of the rental amount paid by the owner

Rental fees for secondary residence:

• 20% of the rental amount paid by the owner

Rental fees for the main residence:

• 1-month rent, charged to the owner
• Tenant charge – Visit fees, administration fee for the folder, writing the lease – 10 € per m². state of the place – 3 € m²
